Draft — owner review required before launch

Website Terms

These draft terms govern use of the Caelora Signings website and its service inquiry forms.

Effective and last updated: September 17, 2026

These Website Terms (“Terms”) apply when you visit the Caelora Signings website or submit a signing, notary, general, or business partnership inquiry. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. General website information

This website provides general information about Caelora Signings and a way to request contact. Website content is not legal, financial, lending, title, escrow, settlement, tax, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for instructions from the lender, title company, escrow team, document provider, attorney, or other professional responsible for a transaction.

2. Inquiries are not confirmations

Submitting a form starts an inquiry only. It does not confirm an appointment, price, notary assignment, service area, service eligibility, response time, or ongoing business relationship. A service proceeds only after Caelora Signings reviews the request and confirms the applicable details directly with you or an authorized transaction participant.

Preferred dates and times are requests and are not reserved by form submission. Availability and charges may depend on location, timing, document type, participant circumstances, access requirements, and other appointment details.

3. Your inquiry information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. Do not use the public inquiry form to submit Social Security numbers, identification numbers or images, bank or payment credentials, complete loan packages, or confidential document contents. The form does not accept document uploads.

Inquiry information is sent through Web3Forms for email delivery and is separately saved as a private backup in the website backend. Our collection and use of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Signing and notarial services

A notary verifies identity, witnesses or acknowledges signatures as applicable, and completes notarial certificates within the scope permitted by the notary’s commission and applicable requirements. A notary does not select documents, prepare legal instruments, explain legal consequences, provide legal advice, or decide whether a transaction is in your interest unless separately authorized and qualified to do so.

Questions about loan terms, document content, transaction decisions, missing documents, or legal effects must be directed to the appropriate lender, title or escrow representative, document provider, or legal professional. An appointment may need to pause while an authorized transaction professional answers a question.

5. Identification, witnesses, and preparation

Identification, witness, document, signing, and participation requirements vary. Do not sign or alter a document before the appointment unless the appropriate professional or notary instructs you to do so. Confirm document-specific requirements before the appointment. Caelora Signings does not promise that a witness, location, document, identification method, or other arrangement will be acceptable until the relevant details are reviewed.

6. Remote online notarization

Remote online notarization availability depends on applicable law and requirements, the document type, participant circumstances and physical location, technology and identity-verification requirements, platform support, and receiving-party acceptance. An inquiry does not establish that a document or participant is eligible for online notarization.

If an online appointment is approved, it will take place through a designated third-party provider. That provider may apply separate terms, privacy notices, identity-verification steps, consent requirements, and technical requirements.

7. Third-party services and links

The website uses third-party services for hosting, security, inquiry email delivery, and related operations. Links may direct you to websites or services not controlled by Caelora Signings. We do not endorse or control third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices merely by linking to it. Review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose.
  • Submit information you are not authorized to provide or impersonate another person or organization.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with operation, introduce harmful code, or access nonpublic systems or records.
  • Use automated means to overload, scrape, or misuse the website or inquiry forms.
  • Copy or use website content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.

9. Website availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every inquiry notification will reach its intended recipient. The form’s private backup is an operational safeguard, not a guarantee of service availability or appointment confirmation. If a matter is time-sensitive, call (888) 404-6560.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that exceed those required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your use of third-party websites and your reliance on information supplied by other transaction participants are subject to their respective terms and responsibilities.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website or services change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later website use, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@caelorasignings.com or discussed by calling (888) 404-6560.
