The public inquiry form is only for initial request information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identification numbers or images, financial account details, complete loan packages, or confidential document contents through it. The form does not accept document uploads.

Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device details, request timestamps, and error or security events.

2. How inquiry information is sent and stored

When you submit an inquiry, the form sends its contents to Web3Forms so an email notification can be delivered to Caelora Signings. Your email address is included as the reply-to address so we can respond to you. Web3Forms processes this information as a service provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

At the same time, the website separately saves a backup copy of the inquiry in its private backend. The backup is not available for public browsing. If email delivery cannot be confirmed but the backup succeeds, the website tells you that the request was saved and asks you to contact us directly as an additional step.

The form also uses hidden anti-spam fields and timing checks to help identify automated submissions.

3. How we use information

We use information submitted through the website to:
